Hope everyone is doing well. Everything is going well here. It is still terribly hot (90s) every day and there is no sign of the cool front that they were predicting. I, for one, can't wait for fall weather.

Work has been busy for Dave lately. He is working 2nd shift and worked through last weekend. We are hoping he will get some of next weekend off. It looks like he will have Sunday off and he may have Saturday off as well. I know Alaina is ready for him to be home all day. I am too.

Hey everyone! Things are starting to cool off down here finally. We are in the lower 90s right now, but were in the 70s and 80s yesterday and the day before. Here are some of the newest pictures....

I was in the kitchen making dinner and found Alaina with all of the bananas out and half eaten. She climbed up on the couch and was able to reach the counter where all of the bananas are. Bananas are now one of her favorate foods. She tries to say banana and it is too cute. Grammy Johnston taught her how to sign banana and she now signs it even when she tries to say it.



Here are pictures of Alaina in her new dress that Aunt Haley bought her. She was running away from me the whole time I was trying to take her picture.
